Due to COVID-19, PainFree Posture MN is CLOSED, and ALL SESSIONS CANCELLED until April 3rd, 2020. We plan to REOPEN on Monday, April 6th, 2020, and this may change as events unfold.

As coronavirus has evolved, it is paramount to me to support the health and safety of clients and the local community. I do plan to resume classes on April 6th but will reassess as we get closer and keep you updated. Although this will be challenging for all of us, I am confident in the strength of my community and know we can get through this together.

In these uncertain times, may we suggest getting your #COVID19 information from trusted sources, such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

Speaking of WHO, here's a beautiful #repost from them sharing seven simple steps to protect yourself and others from #coronavirus.

As we ALL keep ourselves self-isolated and close to home as a preventative measure in lowering the pandemic curve, please continue to support your local small businesses.

Gratefully I’ll be able to make ends meet for a month without pay or benefits; there’s so much we all have to sacrifice, and I know I'm certainly not alone in this. But sadly, many small businesses will NOT survive.

It breaks my heart that like me, small independent businesses operate on the margins, and most can’t afford to support extended closure or staff leave with limited or no revenue for days, weeks, or months, from outright closures.

Likewise, small studio owners work by the hour, have little or no benefits like unemployment or healthcare insurance.

Also, do not assume that if a business is open and appears to be doing business as usual that they are thriving. All small and independent business owners are seriously concerned about the next few weeks and how it will impact their long-term business health during this unprecedented situation and time.

If you want your favorite businesses to remain open after Coronavirus becomes a thing of the past, please do what you can to support them. Consider writing a review of their business on social media (Facebook, Google, Yelp), and book your April sessions.

Near and dear to my heart - if you can afford to, please don’t ask for a pause in your gym/yoga membership, even if you can’t go for the next few weeks. PLEASE go out of your way to support local small businesses and hourly workers in the coming weeks. I’m confident you can do this while still staying safe. 🙏

Please stay away from unnecessary media and predatory health scams that are popping up and preying on your fears. The health and wellness culture is capitalizing on COVID-19, and there are many scams and myths out there trying to cash in on your genuine concerns.

In the meantime, continue to MOVE your body, do online workouts in your home, go outside for fresh air and sunshine, reconnect with your family and reach out if I can be of any help/support to you in the next few weeks. If you have questions or need anything, please email

I am beyond grateful for this community and can’t wait until we can work together in the studio again soon.

You know my motto: “We’re in this together. I’m here to help.”
