We're right on the lines for the workplace and social settings! Sights set on June 1, 2020, reopening here at PainFree Posture MN.

Governor Walz announced specific guidelines on May 20, 2020, that allow me to conduct indoor personal training sessions beginning June 1, 2020. Barring anything unexpected, I am targeting June 1 as my reopening date!

What We're Up To

I genuinely hope you're finding ways to thrive during these unprecedented times. I empathize with the many challenges each of you is facing and believe me, I am feeling them too. It's been a LONG 10-weeks (70 days) since I've worked with clients here in the studio!

Today I'm writing to give you a general update regarding the potential reopening of PainFree Posture MN. I am hopeful our governor will grant me the ability to resume business beginning Monday, June 1, 2020.

Below is my current plan of transition, given the latest information I have to keep you safe and healthy. All are subject to change based on new rules and mandates that may be updated as time passes and new information becomes available.

Studio Operations

  1. All clients must sanitize their hands before entering.

  2. Hand sanitizer, Lysol disinfectant spray, and Clorox wipes are available at the front door and in the studio.

  3. The studio equipment is now located in the main space directly adjacent to the front door to minimize movement through my home.

  4. The bathroom is available for use. However, I ask that you do what you can before your arrival to avoid using it as usage will cut into your appointment time for cleaning/disinfecting afterward.

Client and Coach Health Considerations

  1. Clients are required to stay at home if they show any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or any illness.

  2. Clients will receive a notification if it becomes known that another client has tested positive for Covid-19.

  3. PainFree Posture MN has a disinfected sublingual thermometer available to check clients by request or if there is a question of being contagious.

  4. I will respect your choice of whether to wear or not wear a mask during your booked appointment. At the time of writing this blog, the MN Government encourages all individuals to wear a mask out in public. I have one for my personal use and will wear it during your session. If you choose to wear a mask, please provide your own and communicate your preference before your appointment.

Programming and Training Considerations

  1. The use of standard equipment and training tools is my biggest challenge. Only the Stott Pilates Cadillac and posture therapy/corrective exercise tools are available for use. All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after use.

  2. Clients are to remain in the studio for their exclusive use for the duration of their workout, maintaining the social distance recommendations between themselves.

  3. Workout duration will be adjusted to fifty (50) minutes to accommodate time before and after to disinfect the equipment and minimize social traffic before and after class.

  4. Schedules and class times will be adjusted to reduce traffic and accommodate time for sanitizing.

  5. Late cancelations (24-hours or less) are subject to a $25 late cancel fee and paid IN FULL before any future bookings made for you.

  6. I will resume teaching one day/week and will do what I can to increase teaching hours upon increased demand. At this time, I'll return to training clients on Mondays starting June 1, 2020.

  7. Unattended children or partners can NOT be with you in the studio at this time.

Online Training Opportunities

  1. I am available for online programming via Zoom, Facebook Messenger, or Google Duo for those who may not feel comfortable coming back into a private personal training scenario.

  2. Any online session but be pre-paid via Venmo (Deb-Preachuk)

  3. To book a virtual appointment, please email Coach Deb to set up (deb.preachuk@gmail.com)

  4. Virtual appointments can be scheduled on a mutually agreeable day/time.

I cannot thank you all adequately for supporting PainFree Posture MN through social media likes and comments or offers of financial support. I'm deeply touched and grateful for your encouragement while I've been unable to work with you.
