I saw this #cavemancookie recipe posted by @centerlinepilatesft (thank you so much for the inspiration) and thought, I'd give them a go as well!
They are so GOOD, so good in fact, that I have to pay it forward and share. The recipe is not mine originally. You’ll love these cookies, kids are 50/50 (mine will eat them no problem), but those with an aversion to something different will probably hate them. You can pack them for a snack after the gym, or compliment your breakfast with them. 😉
These #grainfreecookies have a ton of omega 3’s and fiber, and they are a cinch to make! Consistency may take a bit of practice depending on your almond meal. I use #TraderJoes. Also, watch your oven. I did my first batch for 10 minutes, but they needed 11 and some cooling time before placing them on the cooling rack. Otherwise, they come out quite soft.
Suggestion: pop them in the freezer afterward, so they hold their shape better and to slow us all down from gobbling them up so fast!
If you plan to make a batch, let me know! Show me your variation on the recipe, and please photos, videos, and comments (keep it clean!) on PainFree Posture MN Facebook Page.
Remember, we're in this together, and I am here to help!
