Oh my goodness, the last day is here!!! We did it!! Let's finish strong! đź‘Šđź’Şđź’Ş Here we go!

For our grand finale, today's #healthyhabitaccountability challenge is for you to share with me which habit(s) that made the most significant impact for you to create change. đź’Ąđź’Ą And in return, I will share a success story where all these habits helped a client of mine create change. đź’Ąđź’Ą


  • What to do if you're struggling with overeating a particular type of food and creating alternative ways to figure out a sweet spot.

She was tired of trying to lose weight through intense exercise, felt limited due to double knee replacements, and frightened by the thought of the very real concern of being diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes and high blood pressure. She was sick of being overweight and wanted to see something change when she looked in the mirror.

She tried a lot of different fad diets, weight-loss programs, and ways to get healthy and improve her fitness. Even though she did get more fit, the weight kept piling on, and she started to believe that weight-loss would never happen for her.
