Our goals are to teach participants how to perpetuate strength by learning movements that combine effective length with equally balanced tension.
Effective Length means movements with a FULL range of motion while maintaining STRENGTH throughout, not just flexibility.
Effective Tension is a balanced musculature system - not suffering pain in your body due to one muscle chain being tenser, or mobile, at the cost of another.
Foundation Training reduces the risk of injury in bodies with excessive tension by restoring mobility,
Moreover, Foundation Training helps those with hypermobility by building balancing tension and strength to increase joint and skeletal support.
