What is Foundation Training?
FOUNDATION TRAINING is a series of highly developed exercises designed to strengthen the posterior chain of muscles which support the spine. Done regularly, this combination of stretching, strength building and decompression movements maintains a pain-free and healthy posture.
The pure beauty of Foundation Training is that it can be done anywhere at any time. No gym membership or special equipment required.
Deb Preachuk is a Certified Foundation Training Instructor based in The Twin Cities, Minnesota. PainFree Posture MN offers year-round private and group class instruction, along with packages and workshops for places of work, conferences, and sports teams.
Our next group class session begins on Monday, January 14th, 2019, and runs for four consecutive weeks from 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Session fee is $80 for all four classes.
