We have a variety of services and pricing options available to help you MEET and ACHIEVE your health and wellness goals.

1. IN-STUDIO posture alignment.  Two options are available here:  PRIVATE and SEMI-PRIVATE 
2. ONLINE posture alignment therapy.  Have a Certified PAS create a customized corrective exercise plan that you can receive via the Internet—all you need is a digital camera and a personal computer. 
3. Egoscue University Education (PAS Seminars, Study Groups, P3 Workshops)
4. Professional Mentoring for Egoscue University Certified PAS and wellness professionals
5. Corporate Therapy, Education, Workshops and Seminars

• Pain Free Posture MN does not accept any type of insurance (some HSA's may re-imburse for the cost of your session.  Please check with your provider).
• We accept the following forms of payment: Check, Cash, and PayPal
• All in-studio sessions are BY APPOINTMENT only
• All in-studio sessions must be paid at the start of your session
• All online therapy menus will be distributed after payment has been received
• A $25.00 charge will be billed to directly for NSF checks.
• To prevent being billed for missed appointments, 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session.
