If you said YES, then I'd like to invite my Pain Free Posture MN family to the Partner WOD (workout of the day) at CrossFit Templar on Sunday, April 13th @ 12:00 pm to Benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
My training buddy and good friend Amy Proshek, has made the commitment to Team in Training to raise funds for the LLS Society.
This Partner WOD at CrossFit Templar is designed to be a FUN Partner workout (meaning you get to rest while your partner works)! It's a great way to give CrossFit a try, support an amazing cause, and get an awesome functional fitness workout in with really fun people.
I promise, promise, promise you that all the movements in the Partner WOD can be modified and scaled for all abilities, so please don't be concerned that you cannot CrossFit, because everyone can!
We will have snacks and drawings for prizes too! Pain Free Posture MN will be donating an Initial Evaluation and One Follow-up Appointment from Pain Free Posture MN ($250.00) as just one of the prizes among goodies at the event! If you're a client, put your training dollars to work and come in to get a chance to win!

As some of you may know, this is a cause that is near and dear to my heart. As a person with a rare blood type, I chose to become a registered bone marrow donor and happily look forward to the day that I receive the call.
I'm extremely proud to say that my personal passion has positively influenced my son Will, who shares my blood type. The week after he turned 18 he joined the Be The Match Bone Marrow Registry, and within 6 weeks time got the call. As we speak, he is about to become a bone marrow stem cell donor and do what he can to help save another persons life!
