- Health history, posture analysis, photos, gait analysis and function tests
- Includes a take-home menu of corrective exercises
2. Postural Therapy Session - $ 100.00
- A one hour private posture alignment therapy session.
- New menu of corrective exercises is generated and taught to you
- Includes a new take-home menu of corrective exercises
3. Workout Only - $ 65.00
- A one hour private posture alignment therapy session
- Workout ONLY
- Great for "in-between" new menus where you need some coaching and extra instruction to ensure you are getting maximum benefits out of your current menu of corrective exercise
