A few weeks ago, I had the absolute privilege of being asked to help contribute my opinion and expertise in the creation of Wayfair.com's blog article called The Ultimate Guide to Ergonomic Workstations.

Additionally, I would encourage anyone who has to sit for prolonged periods of time to take regularly scheduled "posture breaks". Switch things up to standing, take a short walk, or do some easy exercises to help alleviate any muscle aches or pains from holding static or small motor movement patterns and having your head and eyes fixed on a screen!
