Foundation Training Group Classes

Throughout the year, I offer Foundation Training group class instruction.  Please bookmark this page for registration updates. Foundation Training Group Classes will be held at PainFree Posture MN, inside CrossFit 5885 (Apple Valley, MN) in the upstairs, newly renovated studio space.  All Levels are welcome to join.  

Monday 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Posture Class

Want to improve your posture and unravel chronic muscle and joint pain and associated negative effects of prolonged sitting on the body?

Posture Class begins on Monday, February 12th, 2018 from 7:00 - 8:15 pm.  This is a three-week series.  Registration is now open via Eventribrite.  All ages and abilities are welcome.  Only 15 spots available.  

Early Bird Registration available through January 31st, 2018.  Save $15 ($60.00 for the three classes)

Cost. $75.00/person


Mobility, Corrective Exercise & Yoga For Athletes 

I have a variety of additional group classes I am instructing at CrossFit 5885.  [See 5 Exciting New Classes You Don't Want to Miss Out On]

 

You do not need to be a member of CrossFit 5885 to attend any of these classes.  All that is required is to simply purchase a punch card to attend.  10 Classes for $180 and you can attend a WOD, Yoga for Athletes, Mobility & Corrective Exercise Class or CrossFit Swimming

 

Yoga For Athletes

Yoga is for everyone. No matter what your current skill level, remember that everyone has to start somewhere. You will always be at the right point on your own personal journey. 

In Yoga For Athletes, it is the one time of the week where you can banish your need for perfection, and work to enjoy the effortless feeling of finding new mobility, experiencing your breath, grace and compassion toward yourself.
