7. How to get better at 'guiding' our clients
Deb owns both a successful postural therapy and pilates studio AND is a master instructor at Lifetime Fitness where she teaches yoga (vinyasa, hot, hatha). Deb has years of experience in all the fields, and much advice to impart.
