- Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00pm
- Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 pm
- Saturdays - 9:30am - 1:00pm
- Sunday - Closed
All sessions are by appointment only.
Pain Free Posture MN and Pilates Integration M.B.S. both observe the ISD 194 school district schedule. We offer reduced hours following school district days off, and close during the following Holidays:
- New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
- Memorial, Independence, Labor, and Thanksgiving Days
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
