Posture Alignment Therapy is founded on restoring The 8 Laws of Physical Health.  

One of the most appealing aspects of Postural Therapy is its simplicity.  I often say it's so simple it’s profound”.  It is that same simple logic that threads its way through each of the 8 Laws of Physical Health.

"As adaptable as our human design is, our dynamic bodies are subject to the 8 Laws of Physical Health."
