 Happy New Year!  Here's to 2012!  Did you set yourself up with a New Year's Resolution?  I have to admit, I'm not much of a resolution type person, but I definitely do work on change and accomplishing goals for myself andy my businesses each year.  

I thought it might be helpful to share some practical tips to help you fulfill your goals.  How?  By changing the New Year's Resolution into

Manageable Goal Accomplishment:

  1. Gather support from everyone around you and create a community of accountability
  2. Set realistic goals
  3. Keep it simple
  4. Focus on the rewards, not the punishment
  5. Set a target date
  6. Develop a plan
  7. Take the first step
