What's your plan? It's never too late to change or start working towards accomplishing a health, wellness or fitness goal. Here are some simple steps you can take and implement right now on your journey.

- Take the first step

Please be sure to bookmark this page as classes can change on a daily basis, and sometimes I will pick up or need a sub at the last minute. I have had to cut back on my weekday evenings teaching schedule due to my family's schedule and commitments.
I'm going to miss my Wednesday night Hot Yoga class very much, but hope to return in the fall.

Not a member of Life Time Fitness? No problem at all. Please send me an email and let me know if you'd like to come in for a class. I’ll arrange to get you a guest pass to attend a class at your convenience.
