If you’re a Posture Alignment Therapy client at Pain Free Posture MN or working with a Recommended Affiliate or clinic, you’ll enjoy this video as a refresher.

Or perhaps you are just now considering trying Posture Alignment Therapy and wondering what it’s all about.

These simple corrective exercises are a great way to try practice them on your own at home and test if for yourself.

You'll be amazed that something so simple can be so profound!

A couple of important notes.

  1. Should you find that any of these exercises cause old symptomatic pain, skip it and move on to the next one.   Use that movement pattern as an important piece of information about your function at that particular joint.  Your body is telling you something by reacting to to it.  A pain free and functional body should be easily able to do ALL of these exercises.  This is your cue to get in touch with us.
  2. If there's one that is more difficult than another, or you notice that your body is working differently front-to-back, or side-to-side, this too is information your body is giving you that your body is out of balance.  As you continue practicing these e-cises, you'll notice that will even out over time.
