4. That’s only a short term answer – because the symptom isn’t the answer is it?

5. The body changes and responds to it’s environment

6. You know what to do

7. Trust yourself above all others

8. There isn’t enough time in your day

9. Develop a plan knowing the outcome is going to be positive

10. The plan is to trust and treat the cause of the pain – not merely the symptom

11. Your body tells you if your plan is working

12. Trust yourself

13. You know more about yourself than anyone in the entire world

14. You know what to do – your instincts

15. One through fourteen will give you the greatest gift – peace of mind
