5 Exciting New Classes You Don't Want To Miss Out On

Can you believe that September is here?  It's been a whirlwind of a summer for me, and I'm so ready to get back to the studio and regular teaching schedule!  

I love September.  It always feel like the start of the New Year for me.  It's when I make the most changes, and begin new routines.  I've been working hard over the past couple of weeks planning and getting things ready for a fresh start to my own personal workouts, and programs for my clients.  

That said, I've got 5 exciting new group classes I'll be teaching this fall that  you definitely don't want to miss out on!

Foundation Training

Foundation Training group classes are back!  I am offering an 8 week progressive class series (at Olson Family Chiropractic) on Tuesday nights from 6:45 - 7:45pm.  First class is September 15th and runs through November 3rd, 2015.

Only 15 spots available for this class, so be sure to register soon.

FREE Foundation Training in the Park 

In addition to the 8 week progressive series, I'm pleased to announce that I have two FREE Foundation Training in the Park classes I'll be offering this fall in conjunction with the City of Lakeville, MN. 

Please join me on Monday September 14th and Monday September 28th from 6:00 - 6:45pm at Antlers Beach Park (Lakeville, MN) for some moving from pain to performance goodness.

Mobility & Corrective Exercise, and Yoga for Athletes 

After Labor Day, I am teaching a variety of group classes at CrossFit 5885.  They are all designed with the needs of athletes in mind to eliminate pain, improve posture and enhance athletic performance.  A wonderful benefit is that you DO NOT need to be a member of CF5885 to attend any of these classes.  They are all open to the public.  

To attend any of these classes all you have to do is simply drop-in for $20/class or you can purchase a Punch Card (which allows you to attend any of the classes I teach in addition to a CrossFit WOD and CrossFit Swim).

Punch Cards Cost:  $180.00 for 10 sessions.    

Mobility and Corrective Exercise class   

  • Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 am

Yoga for Athletes

  • Wednesday 5:15 am - 6:15 am 
  • Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00am

And last but not least, I want to pass on encouragement to you. Sometimes you don't hear this enough.  YOU are doing a GREAT job and you are very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.
